SUMMARY
North Star is growing quickly, and we are looking for Lead Generators to receive telephone calls from interested prospects and qualify leads for life insurance over the telephone before transferring to licensed sales agent. Bonuses are received for every sale that is generated!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A great work ethic
Enthusiasm and a Positive Mental Attitude
Basic computer skills
Helps develop established script when calling prospects
Calls prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain type of services or products offered
Enters names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system
Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solicit further sales
