ABOUT THE POSITION
North Star Insurance Advisors provides insurance options to families looking for the security and protection our policies provide. As a Sales Advisor, you will be overseeing a group of Sales Agents, focusing on their development, growth, and professional accountability.
North Star is growing quickly, and we are looking for a highly productive Sales Advisor to join our team. We offer a Full Benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance as well as a 401k match.

That’s where we come in.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Have a positive attitude and provide courteous, friendly service to all internal team members and external customers, by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries and requests.
Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of in- house Sales Agents to ensure the team is meeting goals.
Communicates regularly with the team to provide recognition, motivation, coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when appropriate.
Measures team performance and communicates goals to the team.
Identify trends in KPI’s and diagnose agent areas of opportunity.
Monitors and reviews live phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
Assists with overall team member development, including training and live coaching.
Anticipate needs and jump on phones as needed to ensure support is provided to team and clients.
Prepares and presents daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by the Director of Sales.
Duties may vary based on the departmental needs.
